**Department : Front Office - HR & Operations**
**Position : Receptionist and Administration**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Handling the complete Front Office
Handling all Correspondence - Calls, Mail and Couriers
Perform basic accounting tasks, including office invoicing and budget tracking
Facilities management and Office house keeping supervisor
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Monitor office expenses and costs
Provide administrative support for HR and Finance
Maintaining attendance and leave records
Office admin roles
Role of an Executive Assistant
Person responsible for smooth functioning of office for all the employees
**Skills You'll Need to Bring**:
2+ years of workplace experience.
Innovative: Creative spark, don't settle for what's been done before.
A self starter, always coming up with innovative ideas to surprise & delight employees.
A people's person with great communication skills with enthusiasm to work
Flexibility: Ability to wear many different hats (and switch them regularly).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
