We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive Assistant to support our Director in the daily activities and ensure the efficient functioning of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences. Ensure that the Director is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize and manage travel arrangements for the Director, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as required by the Director.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings with the Director, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Office Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, maintaining records, and ordering office supplies.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Project Support: Assist the Director in various projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Research: Conduct research on specific topics as requested by the Director, providing valuable insights and data.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and business partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field. **Freshers** can apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a high level of integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but advantageous):

- Previous internship or part-time experience in administrative roles or related fields.
- Familiarity in handling social media pages/accounts
- Knowledge of basic accounting and budgeting principles.

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
