**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support:_
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Set up user accounts and assist with password resets and access management.
- Ensure all IT equipment and systems are properly maintained and updated.
- Assist with network administration:_
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment.
- Ensure network security and implement necessary measures to protect against unauthorized access.
- Conduct system upgrades and backups:_
- Coordinate and perform system upgrades and updates as required.
- Conduct regular data backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Provide user training and documentation:

- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on IT systems and software.
- Create user guides and documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Assist employees in adopting new technologies and tools.
- Manage IT inventory and procurement:_
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Assist with IT procurement activities, including vendor evaluation and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and services.
- Assist with administrative tasks:_
- Support various administrative functions, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing IT issues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Experience with administration tasks and office management is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
