Food preparation: Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in their specialty
- Food quality: Ensuring food quality and presentation is consistent
- Team management: Leading, supervising, and motivating the shift team
- Training: Training and supervising demi-chef de parties and commis chefs
- Food hygiene: Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
- Inventory: Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Menu development: Contributing to developing new dishes and refining existing recipes
- Kitchen cleanliness: Cleaning the kitchen before and after the restaurant closes
- Waste control: Monitoring portion and waste control to keep within budget
- Resource use: Helping to reduce the department's use of resources
- Staff communication: Ensuring good staff communications and relations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
