We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Associate to join our team. In this role,
you will work with leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns, engage with
potential students, and close sales for our courses. If you have 1-2 years of sales experience,
are driven by targets, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you
Job Overview:
The Outbound Sales Associate will be responsible for following up on leads generated by digital
marketing efforts, making outbound calls to prospective students, and closing sales for
DIYGuru.org’s training programs. The role requires a keen understanding of sales techniques,
an ability to build rapport, and the drive to meet monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-up & Sales Calls:
○ Make outbound calls to warm leads generated from digital marketing channels
○ Qualify leads by assessing their interest, goals, and suitability for DIYGuru.org’s
courses.
○ Understand the prospects’ career aspirations and recommend the most
appropriate training programs.
○ Build relationships and guide prospects through the decision-making process,
ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.
- Product Knowledge & Consultation:
○ Provide clear and detailed information about DIYGuru.org’s courses,
certifications, pricing, and career opportunities.
○ Address any questions or concerns from leads regarding course content,
benefits, or payment plans.
○ Tailor consultations to match the needs of each prospect, effectively showcasing
how our programs can meet their career and learning goals
- Sales Closing:
○ Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
○ Follow up with leads to keep them engaged and motivated to complete the
registration process.
○ Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into enrolled students.
- CRM Management:
○ Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within
the CRM system.
○ Ensure regular updates to the lead status and follow-up timelines.
○ Report regularly on sales performance, lead quality, and conversion rates to the
Sales Manager.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and optimize sales
strategies.
○ Share insights about customer feedback, preferences, and emerging trends to
refine marketing campaigns.
○ Provide regular updates on sales targets, pipeline status, and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
○ A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is
preferred, though not mandatory.
- Experience:
○ 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation.
Experience in the education, e-learning, or technology sectors is a plus.
○ Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools is desirable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
