**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Industry - Real Estate**

**Location**:Thaltej, SG Highway Ahmedabad

**Role**: Full time - WFO

**Working Hours**: 9:45am to 7:00pm

**Working Days**: Wed to Mon (days off - Wed or Thurs) Saturday & Sunday working

**Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential buyers through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Present and promote residential/commercial properties to clients. Coordinate with developers and builders for inventory updates and project details. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct site visits and assist clients in making informed decisions. Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new real estate developments.

**Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of local property markets and legal procedures.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Should have their own vehicle.
