- Played a key role in maintaining and updating records on **CBSE online portals**, ensuring timely compliance and documentation submission.
- Efficiently managed the **ERP System** for data management, circulars, notices, leave records, and internal communication.
- Attended and redirected **official calls & inquiries**, ensuring a professional communication environment.
- Oversaw accurate documentation of school records, including confidential files, student dossiers, teacher records, and academic reports.
- Assisted with **Bangla Shiksha Portal** / state education portals for student enrollment, progress tracking, and government compliance.
