- **Vice Principal - Key Responsibilities (CBSE School)**:

- Assist the Principal in implementing the academic plan and school vision.
- Supervise curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and syllabus completion.
- Monitor teaching quality and provide academic support to teachers.
- Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
- Help with teacher recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
- Enforce student discipline policies and handle behavioral issues.
- Guide students in personal development, values, and life skills.
- Oversee student attendance, punctuality, and uniform compliance.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks in the absence of the Principal.
- Ensure proper implementation of time-table, substitutions, and exam schedules.
- Assist in school documentation, reports, circulars, and notices.
- Supervise the planning and smooth conduct of internal and board examinations.
- Monitor result analysis and student performance tracking.
- Ensure fair evaluation and timely submission of marks.
- Communicate regularly with parents through PTMs and feedback systems.
- Address parental concerns and maintain healthy parent-school relationships.
- Represent the school in community events and educational forums.
- Ensure all CBSE norms, policies, and safety guidelines are followed.
- Help in preparing documents required for CBSE affiliation, inspection, and audits.
- Stay updated with CBSE circulars and new education policies (NEP 2020, etc.)
- Plan and organize school functions, assemblies, and annual day programs.
- Supervise co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Encourage participation in inter-school events and competitions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
