Academic Leadership

  • Ensure proper implementation of the PSEB curriculum and guidelines.
  • Guide and mentor teachers for lesson planning and effective teaching.
  • Monitor and evaluate students' academic performance.

  • Introduce innovative teaching methods and academic improvements.

  • Administration & Management

  • Supervise all school administrative activities.

  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Manage daily timetables, examinations, and class allocations.

  • Maintain discipline and smooth functioning of the school.

  • Affiliation & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all PSEB rules and regulations.

  • Submit required reports, forms, and registers to the board on time.

  • Maintain records on UDISE, PSEB portals, and other government education platforms.

  • Financial & Resource Management

  • Plan and monitor the school budget and proper use of funds.

  • Supervise fee collection, school accounts, and expenditures.

  • Ensure proper infrastructure, library, laboratories, and resource availability.

  • Staff & Student Welfare

  • Address concerns of teachers and staff.

  • Ensure the overall development (intellectual, physical, and moral) of students.
  • Communicate with parents and incorporate their feedback.

  • Organize co-curricular activities such as sports, cultural events, and competitions.

  • Public Relations & Community Engagement

  • Represent the school positively in society and among parents.

  • Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings and awareness programs to improve admissions.

  • Coordinate with local administration and education departments.

  • Discipline & Code of Conduct

  • Maintain discipline and enforce code of conduct among staff and students.

  • Ensure punctuality and monitor attendance through biometric or registers.
  • Handle grievances and take disciplinary action when required.

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
