**- Supporting the principal **:Working with the principal to ensure the school runs smoothly, and to carry out the principal's instructions
- **Managing staff and resources**:Hiring, training, and managing staff, and ensuring the school has the resources it needs
- **Planning and organizing **:Planning and organizing events, activities, and programs, such as co-curricular activities, school clubs, and social programs
- **Managing student discipline**Enforcing school rules and addressing student discipline issues
- **Developing curriculum**Developing new curriculum and evaluating new teachers
- **Administrative tasks**Ordering supplies and textbooks, planning emergency drills, and addressing health and safety concerns
- **Financial activities**Assisting with financial activities, such as the overall financial strategy for academic departments
- **Assuming the principal's duties**In the principal's absence, the vice principal takes on the principal's duties and responsibilities

Vice principals are an essential part of a school, and are involved in many aspects of daily administration and education

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
