- Coordinated and managed all **PSEB Board-related work**, including:

- **OASIS (Online Affiliated School Information System)**: Data entry and annual updates of school, staff, and student information.
- **SAFAL (Structured Assessment for Analyzing Learning)**: Coordinated assessment processes and ensured timely reporting.
- Maintained and updated critical data of students and staff (attendance, academic performance, HR records).
- Played a key role in maintaining and updating records on **PSEB online portals**, ensuring timely compliance and documentation submission.
- Efficiently managed the **ERP System** for data management, circulars, notices, leave records, and internal communication.
- Attended and redirected **official calls & inquiries**, ensuring a professional communication environment.
- Oversaw accurate documentation of school records, including confidential files, student dossiers, teacher records, and academic reports.
- Assisted with **Bangla Shiksha Portal** / state education portals for student enrolment, progress tracking, and government compliance.
- Managed **UDISE+ (Unified District Information System for Education)** operations - updating statistical data and educational records for government reviews.
- Coordinated **exam-related duties**, report card generation, and ensured smooth execution of CBSE guidelines.
- Ensured smooth **parent-teacher-management communication** by drafting circulars, notices, and updates.
- Supported **HR functions** like teacher attendance, leave approvals, joining formalities, and maintaining service records.
