Senior DP Teacher – KRIs

• Curriculum Delivery
• Ensuring effective planning and delivery of DP curriculum (as per CBSE/IB guidelines if applicable).
• Preparing lesson plans, unit plans, and maintaining academic records.
• Student Learning & Development
• Monitoring student progress and providing remedial support.
• Guiding students in project work, assignments, and research activities.
• Mentoring students for competitive exams and higher education pathways.
• Assessment & Evaluation
• Conducting formative and summative assessments as per board norms.
• Maintaining transparency in evaluation and timely submission of marks.
• Analyzing student performance and suggesting improvement strategies.
• Classroom Management
• Maintaining discipline and creating a positive learning environment.
• Ensuring 100% student attendance and engagement during class.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintaining student attendance, academic records, and grade books.
• Preparing reports required for CBSE/IB/School inspections.
• Professional Development & Leadership
• Guiding junior teachers in curriculum planning and teaching strategies.
• Participating in training, workshops, and school development programs.
• Leading subject/departmental meetings as required.
• Parent & School Communication
• Attending PTMs and updating parents on student performance.
• Coordinating with academic coordinators and Vice Principal/Principal.
• Extra & Co-curricular Contribution
• Supporting school functions, tours, competitions, and cultural events.
• Encouraging student participation in extracurricular activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
