**Job Description for Sales Executive - B2B product sales**

A business development role involves finding new business opportunities and growing a company's revenue. A business development role may include:

- Generating new client leads from cold calling and database
- Update the clients on new products and services we can cater to.
- Understand the manufacturing industry and client requirements to propose the relevant product.
- Track record of achieving targets
- Reaching out to existing clients for their flow of the requirement
- Develop and maintain client relationships for a continuous flow of products and services
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contracts with clients and communicate with respective team members
- Gather useful information from customers for any new product requirements and expansion
- Analyzing reasons, creating a checklist on the customer pain areas
- You will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily needs of our current clients
- Our company works hard to ensure that clients are satisfied from the first inquiry to receiving goods.

**Some skills that are important for Customer Retention roles include**:

- Good Communication skills (English + Local language)
- Ability to solve client concerns and negotiate the quotation
- Should be flexible in approach.
- Experience in Customer Support
- Ability to retain customers for continuous business flow
- Goal-driven ability to increase customer

Pay: ₹9,394.75 - ₹35,449.32 per month
