As a **B2B Sales Executive**, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development, building CXO-level relationships, and helping organizations transform their work culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead generation & new client acquisition
- Client registration, revenue generation, invoicing & collections
- Upsell/upgrade existing accounts
- Build & maintain relationships with **CHROs, Head of Talent, Head - Diversity, L&OD Leaders**, etc.
- Represent a globally respected employer brand

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **Corporate/B2B Sales**:

- Proven ability to work independently & hit targets
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, & consultative selling**:

- A growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
