**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily tasks to support the team's goals and overall operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflows.
- Participate in training sessions and actively seek to improve skills.
- Operate equipment, point-of-sale systems, or other tools as required.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product displays (if applicable).
- Handle basic administrative or operational duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in [retail, food service, manufacturing, customer service] is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] pounds if needed.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
