As a Team Member, you are the heartbeat of our establishment, ensuring every customer experience is exceptional. Your responsibilities include:

- Warmly greeting customers and accurately taking orders with a smile.
- Demonstrating flexibility, multitasking, and a passion for personal and professional growth.
- Preparing food items according to company standards with precision and care.
- Operating cash registers and handling monetary transactions with utmost accuracy and integrity.
- Maintaining cleanliness across the work area, including counters, tables, floors, and kitchen equipment.
- Assisting in stocking supplies and ingredients as required to keep operations running smoothly.
- Adhering strictly to safety and sanitation guidelines in food and beverage handling, including 'Clean As You Go' practices.
- Demonstrating knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules to ensure customer well-being.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly, courteous service and prompt response to inquiries and complaints.
- Viewing customer concerns and feedback as opportunities for improvement and acting upon them proactively.
- Striving to exceed customer expectations by offering additional menu items when appropriate.
- Willingness to undergo training for skill enhancement and assisting in training new team members on company procedures and policies.
- Actively participating in promotional activities and special events to drive business growth.
- Familiarity with aggregator app ratings and parameters to optimize customer engagement.

**Schedule**:

- Day Shift, Morning Shift, Night Shift, Rotational Shift
- Weekdays off
- 9-hour working shift with a 30-minute meal break
