Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our [New Burger Company Name] team in Mumbai. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, preparing food with quality and accuracy, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
- Prepare and assemble food items following company recipes and standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and provide correct change.
- Work as a team to meet customer service goals and restaurant performance targets.
- Assist with restocking supplies and receiving deliveries.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
