Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare food and beverages as per company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining area
  • Handle billing, cash register, and POS systems as required
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations
  • Follow all safety and food handling guidelines strictly

Eligibility Criteria

  • Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is mandatory
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a customer-facing role (QSR, caf, fast food, or restaurant preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Energetic, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude
