Job Definition:
To ensure the service of food and beverages to guests with appropriate courtesy and efficiency.

Qualification:
Hotel Management / Diploma / Graduate

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop restaurant sales by setting high standards of service.
- Ensure complete preparation of the restaurant/takeaway and other business modules before operation.
- Take guest orders correctly and with appropriate courtesy.
- Assist guests in selecting the best menu items, promoting upselling and suggestive selling.
- Handle all guests with professionalism and impartiality.
- Process guest bills correctly and ensure proper handling.
- Assist the Shift Supervisor in preparing the general store requisition.
- Carry out duties assigned by the Supervisor / Store Manager.
- Follow store rules and policies set by the management.
- Maintain strict grooming and hygiene standards.
- Continuously strive to improve skills and increase knowledge.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience working in a team is advantageous.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
- No prior experience required, but food handling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Minimum 6 months of food and beverage service industry experience required.
- Strong customer service, food preparation, and cleaning skills.

In addition to the above-mentioned duties, any other assignments given on an occasional or daily basis by the immediate superior or management must be fulfilled.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
