We are looking for a skilled Restaurant/Bar Manager to join our team at Hustyn Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing restaurants and bars.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverages.
- Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant/Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
