Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Manager. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the bar, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing new drink recipes, training staff, handling customer complaints and inquiries, and working closely with the sales team to promote bar events.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage management and Sales
- Proficiency in Training and supervising bar staff
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus
