Sr. Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Supervise and guide bartenders and bar assistants during operations.
• Develop innovative cocktail menus and seasonal specials to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at the bar counter.
• Manage inventory of liquor, glassware, and bar supplies; coordinate with purchase team for requirements.
• Train new staff in beverage preparation, garnishing, and customer service.
• Interact with guests to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash/billing at the bar counter as required.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service of liquor as per company policy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
