We’re looking for a passionate beverage professional to join The Happy High as a Sr. Bartender / Beverage Executive. This role goes beyond the bar—it’s about shaping the next generation of bartenders, driving innovation in mixology, and contributing to India’s growing beverage culture.In this role, you will:- Conduct mixology and beverage training at our academy and client sites - Curate cocktail menus - Contribute to engaging video content - Manage event bartending and activations - Support business development initiativesAs a start-up, we value flexibility—the right candidate will enjoy adapting to varied roles as per business needs. We’re seeking someone who values stability and long-term growth, and whose career path reflects commitment and consistency.This is the ideal opportunity for someone who loves the world of beverages but is ready to step away from daily bar operations in search of better work–life balance.What We’re Looking ForExperience & Background- Total experience: 3 to 5 years - Minimum: 1 year of hands-on experience at top cocktail-forward bars - This is a Mumbai-based role, best suited for candidates who are already located in the city. Relocation support is not available at the moment.Skills- Speed and efficiency behind the bar with comfort in modern bartending techniques - Strong communication skills with fluency in English - MS Office and general computer proficiencyWhat’s on Offer- Remuneration: up to INR 4,80,000 per annum basis experience - Performance-based incentives - 5-day work week for balance and flexibilityAbout The Happy HighFounded in 2014, The Happy High is a Mumbai-based wine and spirits education & consulting company.
