Until we receive our liquor license, you will be responsible for developing a creative zero-proof beverage menu while maintaining the highest standards of service.Role & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute an innovative zero-proof menu until the liquor license is obtained. Oversee bar staff, maintain inventory levels, and ensure quality standards. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records. Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and team support.Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience in Food & Beverage and Bartending. Knowledge ofbeer and wine , along with mixology and zero-proof beverage creation. Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Certification in bartending or a relevant field is a plus.Schedule:Full-time | Monday Day Off | Saturday & Sunday Break Shift Location:Mumbai Immediate Joining Required
