The Lead Bartender will be responsible for crafting cocktails, managing bar operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, handling cash transactions, and overseeing beverage inventory. Additional responsibilities include supervising bar staff and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.Qualifications Proficient in Bartending and Food & Beverage skills Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Cash Handling Ability to lead and manage a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Relevant certifications in bartending or hospitality management are a plus
