**Managing Regulatory Compliance -**

Ensure absolute compliance to Circle regulatory and legal requirements such as TRAI, WPC and DoT2- Consistently meet TRAI QoS norms, MRO certification
- drive test and physical verification (2G MRO & 4G MRO), Meeting with all Govt. authorities related to Network QoS

**Managing TRAI / QoS Audits / DoT / TERM Cells**

Ensure end to end drive test activities by TRAI/TERM Cell, Closure of all escalations from DoT/TERM cell for complaints related to QoS in Delhi LSA, Closure of all cases related to External interference, Drive test on all major routes with TERM cell

**EMF Compliances**

Ensuring all Swapped sites EMF is surveyed, Ensuring Complete EMF activities are updated in NEP portal, Coordinating with SCM/Finance for PO related to EMF/SACFA, Coordinating with TERM cell for certification of EMR testing, Managing all issues related to EMF radiation

**Managing SACFA**

Ensuring SACFA submission of all new & upgrade sites, Coordinating with central regulatory team for SACFA clearances for NOC, Coordinating with all IP and TSP for SACFA related issues, Ensure updated SACFA databases for future compliances
