**Job Purpose**

To provide efficient administrative support to the Chief Regulatory & Corp Affairs Officer and manage a broad variety of administrative tasks.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Provide administrative support to the superior in data analysis & creating power point presentations
- Complete variety of administrative tasks that include managing the travel plans, calendar, setting up meetings, managing expense reports etc. of the office holder
- Communicate (oral & written) with senior stakeholders within and outside the organisation on behalf of the superior
- Undertake projects as and when required
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment to vendors

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Conversant with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- Min 5 years of relevant experience
