4We have opening in MNC's for Customer Support role in Kolkata

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to the client.
- Schedule/reschedule first day of work for the employees and sharing necessary information.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Resolve queries on a ticketing platform. Knowledge of Service now will be added advantage
- Provide excellent experience to the client.
- Maintaining a quality score of 90% and above throughout.
- Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems
- Ensure process controls are in place; Maintain, validate and update process documentations as applicable to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Must be able to propose improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls
- Participate in Team building activities
- Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Stong communication skill

**Qualification required**:

- Any graduates can apply
- Who can join within 15-30days/Immediately
- Should be flexible for night shift
- Flexible for voice process
- Excellent communication

**Salary given**:

- 1to 3 years experience (3-3.5LPA)
- More than 3 to 5years(3.5-4.7LPA)
