Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for addressing student inquiries, providing online support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to emails, phone calls, and chats, troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining a high level of service quality to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience with Online Support and Technical Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
