About the Role

Are you a great communicator with a knack for solving problems? We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who can be the friendly voice of our company. You'll handle incoming calls, explain our products and services clearly, and ensure customer queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle incoming calls with confidence and clarity.

· Provide accurate information about our services and products.

· Serve as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams.

· Resolve product or service-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

· Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and a helpful attitude.

Requirements

· Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.

· Fluency in Bengali is mandatory.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

· Sharp attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

· Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

· Phenomenal telephone etiquette is essential.
