Role Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an inbound customer service process. The role involves handling customer queries and support requests for leading platforms such as Swiggy, Instamart, Zomato, and Zepto. If you have strong communication skills, a calm attitude, and enjoy helping people resolve their issues efficiently, this role is perfect for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to orders, deliveries, and service issues.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Resolve customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Log and escalate issues to internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain call quality and service standards as per company guidelines.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers are welcome).
Skills:
- Good command over English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving attitude and patience while handling queries.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet performance targets.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (shift allowance applicable).
Additional Benefits:
