**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Maintain and update financial records accurately
- Prepare basic financial reports in Excel
- Track and manage expense records on a daily basis
- Support in administrative tasks such as documentation and filing
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and admin requirements
- Assist in budgeting and expense monitoring
- Handle petty cash management
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documents
**Qualifications**:
- B.Com (Preferred: Accounting/Finance specialization)
**Skills Required**:
- Good understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Strong skills in MS Excel
- Expertise in MS office is an additional advantage
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
**Experience**:
- This role is suitable for someone who has 1 year experience.
