Key Responsibilities:
- Time Management: Oversee and maintain accurate employee time records.
- Leave Administration: Manage employee leave requests and maintain leave records.
- Attendance Monitoring: Ensure daily attendance tracking and reporting.
- Payroll Support: Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Recruitment: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
- Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- HR Support: Provide administrative support for HR functions and initiatives.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of company policies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Reporting: Generate HR-related reports and analytics as needed.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office-related services and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Fresher or 1+ years in administrative or HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Attributes: Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive approach.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
