
Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and coordinate executive schedules, including organizing appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
- Prepare agendas for meetings, document detailed minutes, and track action items as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and both internal and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing documents, presentations, and reports for executive use.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or related role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling software (Google Calendar, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
