2. Shortlisting relevant tender for Cyber Products & floating to the team.

3. Taking care of renewals of the tools

4. Identity the technical specs/ taking help of technical team from web/network/ forensic if required.

5. Reading the tender documents and making tender summary.

6. Making pre bid queries & attend pre bid meeting for required RFPs.

7. Requesting quote and MAF to their respective OEM.

8. Requesting EMD & Tender Fee to accounts department and its follow up.

9. Preparing Tender Documents and colleting MAF & Quote from OEM.

10. Making costing sheet.

11. Requesting MD for approval of Quotation and final Submitting the bids.

12. After approval of the costing sheet, submitting Tender documents and submitting supporting quotes is required.

13. Checking status of submitted tenders on daily basis and track records of all submitted and ongoing tenders.

14. Submitting clarification documents if challenges occur.

15. Doing Reverse Auction if available for RA.

16. Doing negotiation if required from the End User Side. After successful award of contract requesting PBG to accounts department and its follow up.

17. Releasing PO to the OEM and their quote validity of the tools.

18. Executing the Project in the given timelines and allocation of technical team involved in the project.

19. Checking daily updates from technical team on update of their work.

20. Primary point of contact to end user if any grievances occur.

21. Resolving client issues with co-ordination of technical team.

22. Making Delivery documents and taking confirmation from the client after successfully completion of projects.

23. Taking follow up with the clients for payments.

24. Cost comparing of tools in Awarded Contract vs non-Awarded contract.

25. Having records of PO and imp documents

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
