Executive to play a key role in our tender management process.

Key Requirements:

- 1. Tender Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of tendering, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

2. Bid Preparation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for bid submissions, preparing comprehensive and competitive tender documents.

3. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential tender opportunities, track industry trends, and assess competitors to enhance the company's positioning in the market.

4. Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, finance, and operations teams, to compile accurate and compelling tender responses.

5. Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential risks associated with tender submissions, and work to mitigate these risks through careful planning and strategic decision-making.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender-related documents, ensuring compliance with record-keeping standards.

7. Deadline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tender submissions, ensuring timely completion and submission.

Key Skill:

- Graduate or Post Graduate
- Proven experience in tender management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
