We are a reputed industry and our product is **'BISMARK'**approved. We are manufacturer of Flyash Bricks, Precast Concrete Blocks,Tiles, Kerb Stone, Hollow Blocks, Solid Blocks, Grass Pavers etc. at Kharagpur, Dist: Paschim Medinipur (West Bengal) since last 8 years.
**JOB LOCATION**
Kolkata, S & N 24 Pargana
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies.
- Should regularly update and share as required, its daily report of movement, Customer interaction, Customer Data, Motor Cycle Meter reading on Companies salesperson movement tracking app.
- Strong understanding of product knowledge, business communication, conflict management, critical thinking, empathy, emotional intelligence, punctuality, patience, convincing power, customer relationship building.
- Excellent presentation skills (presentable) with ability to work independently.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using tools like social media sales analytics software.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or related role.
- Should have his own Motor Cycle and Mobile for Field Sales (T.A and Sim Card Shall be provided by us)
