**Job Summary**:
Responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines to ensure mínimal downtime and high productivity in the manufacturing plant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues on machines.
- Carry out root cause analysis for machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to minimize machine-related issues affecting output and precision.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and parts inventory.
- Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for complex repairs and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all maintenance activities.
- Perform periodic calibration of machine tools as per quality standards.
- Provide technical input during the procurement or installation of new CNC/VMC machinery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or relevant engineering field.
- **Experience**: 2-7 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of CNC/VMC machines.
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers (based on installed machines).
- Good understanding of machine tool alignments, ball screw mechanisms, lubrication systems, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and schematics.
- Working knowledge of TPM, 5S, and Kaizen is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and experience with maintenance software (CMMS) preferred.

**Work Conditions**:

- Plant-based role with frequent machine-side activity.
- May involve weekend or off-shift availability for urgent maintenance work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
