**Looking for VMC/CNC operator, setter, Programmer, CAM PROGRAMMING VMC OR CNC**

** Basic knowledge in setting Jobs.**

** At least some Basic Knowledge in VMC, CNC, VTL & HMC machines programming.**

** Need permanent Operator for our company.**

** Diploma, 10th Pass, 12th or Any degree holders can be Qualified.**

** Mandatory Turning Operating & Set Up Knowledge**

** Mandatory to Measure and Handle all Type of Measuring Calibrated Instruments.**

** Minimum Experience for the CNC Turning operators must be 5 years.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
** Secures work pieces on machines, using holding devices, measuring instruments, hand tools and hoists.**

** Remove work pieces from machines, and check to ensure that they confirm to specifications.**

** Adjusts controls to set cutting specifications Computes dimensions, tolerances, and angles of work pieces or machines according to specifications.**

**Daily Activities: Setter**

** Programming and set up CNC to complete new product/different functions**

** Change the tooling of the CNC machine**

** Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.**

** Adjust machine control, including part process**

** Verify first piece inspection using appropriate measuring instruments**

** Post edit CNC program to fine tune” process for optimum performance**

** Undertake agreed CNC inspection**

** Maintain accurate data/records/documentation associated with your work**

** Carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract/requirements on services and associated systems**

** Carry out tasks within allotted time limits**

** Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety**

** Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager**

** Contribute towards the smooth running of the team**

** Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls**

Pay: ₹9,962.23 - ₹43,774.25 per month
