Ltd.** **Location: Ahmedabad** **Position: Event Coordinator** **Job roles and responsibility**: - To greet the customer and introduce themselves - Take a customer for Centre Tour - To make customer friendly. - To understand, follow and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures in order to exceed the Sales requirements and ensure Guests receive the highest standards of quality and service at all times. - To convert inquiries into parties. - To prepare and circulate the Function Prospectus for the guest. - To execute the parties. - To make cold calls for the party bookings from the internal database. - To generate a database for the events. - To develop a master Events operating calendar. - To prepare a master source list of all potential clients to be contacted. - To maintain call records for party bookings.To take post party feedback. - To maintain the office decorum in a thorough professional manner. - To give the best service experience to the customers - To do the exit interviews of the in house customers and the party guests. - To Implement the Sales Business Plan. - To manage the Sales Budget. - To develop packages for corporate and school events - To develop sales skills for the sales staff. - To introduce new programs and ideas to enhance guest visitations. - To create awareness throughout the regional and local markets. - To actively engage regional & local businesses and groups as potential clients. - To prepare weekly/monthly status reports. - To prepare weekly Activity reports identifying any group, business visitations and requirements of Operations. - To attend regional & local trade shows, business meetings and events to promote our Facility. - To work closely with operations and ensure they are kept aware of all upcoming Group visitations, Events or special promotions. - To set the right sales strategy and processes in order to reach targeted sales and attendance goals. - To pitch the social market.
