**Job Title**: Workshop Incharge - Production Line

**Location**: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh
**Department**: Production / Workshop
**Experience Required**: 2-3 Years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved with quality standards.
- Manage and assign tasks to technicians and operators.
- Monitor machine health and coordinate for preventive maintenance.
- Maintain proper records of production output and material usage.
- Implement safety and housekeeping standards (5S).
- Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of manufacturing / production operations.
- Hands-on experience with workshop tools and machinery.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of quality and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / production reports.

**Reporting To**:
Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

Pay: ₹9,198.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
