**About Us**:
Bakhiya Handicrafts is well-known for our beautiful chikankari work. We take pride in our craftsmanship and are dedicated to sharing this heritage with the world while also growing our brand through social media.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for someone who can take charge of our workshop and manage our social media. This person will lead the workshop staff, coordinate orders, build good relationships with our clients, and manage our online presence. You should also know how to use a computer or laptop for these tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Managing Staff**: Lead and guide the workshop staff, making sure tasks like finishing, cutting, and quality checks are done well and on time.
- **Coordinating Orders**: Make sure orders from retailers are processed smoothly and delivered on time with high quality.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong connections with our clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they are happy with our products.
- **Social Media Management**: Create and post content, engage with followers, and monitor performance to improve engagement.
- **Using Computers**: Use a computer or laptop to manage orders, communicate with clients, and handle social media tasks.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of materials and make sure everything needed for production is available.
- **Reporting**: Regularly update management on workshop activities, staff performance, order status, and social media results.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a supervisory role, especially in a workshop or production setting.
- Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of social media marketing.
- Comfort with using a computer or laptop for work tasks.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate well with clients and build strong relationships.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, with some English skills being a bonus.
- Knowledge of chikankari or similar handicrafts is a plus.
