**1. Pre-Primary In-Charge**
- **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the pre-primary section, ensuring adherence to CBSE guidelines and school policies.
- Monitor and support teachers in lesson planning, curriculum execution, and child-centric teaching methodologies.
- Facilitate age-appropriate activities that foster physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Coordinate with parents, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on child progress.
- Conduct teacher training programs focused on early childhood education.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and engaging learning environment.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 7 years of teaching and leadership experience in pre-primary education.

**2. Primary In-Charge**
- **Responsibilities**:

- Manage academic and co-curricular programs for Grades 1-5 in line with CBSE norms.
- Supervise teacher performance, ensuring effective lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Develop innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Organize periodic teacher training sessions and workshops.
- Engage with parents through PTMs and regular communication to address academic or behavioral concerns.
- Monitor and enhance student discipline, attendance, and overall development.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed. and a specialization in primary education preferred.
- Proven leadership and classroom management experience.
- Minimum 7 years of teaching and leadership experience in primary education
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.

**3. Middle School In-Charge**
- **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee curriculum implementation and assessment for Grades 6-8.
- Mentor teachers to create dynamic and engaging lesson plans.
- Organize workshops and co-curricular activities to enhance students' holistic growth.
- Monitor academic performance and initiate remedial actions for underperforming students.
- Foster effective communication among teachers, students, and parents.
- Maintain discipline and address behavioral issues in consultation with counselors.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed., preferably with experience in CBSE schools.
- Minimum 7 years of teaching experience, with leadership roles preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

**4. High School In-Charge**
- **Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the effective delivery of CBSE curriculum for Grades 9-12, focusing on board exam preparation.
- Lead and mentor teachers for efficient lesson planning and assessment strategies.
- Facilitate career counseling, workshops, and orientation sessions for students.
- Monitor student performance, identify challenges, and implement remedial measures.
