Job Title: Workshop Incharge – Production Line

Location: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Workshop Incharge to oversee daily operations of the production line. The ideal candidate will handle manpower supervision, production planning, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved with quality standards.
• Manage and assign tasks to technicians and operators.
• Monitor machine health and coordinate for preventive maintenance.
• Maintain proper records of production output and material usage.
• Implement safety and housekeeping standards (5S).
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of manufacturing / production operations.
• Hands-on experience with workshop tools and machinery.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Basic knowledge of quality and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / production reports.

Reporting To:

Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
