**Computer Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day computer operations, ensuring hardware and software systems are functioning optimally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.

**Excel Expertise**:

- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making purposes.
- Create and update formulas, macros, and pivot tables to streamline data processing.
- Generate insightful reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.

**Data Management**:

- Manage and maintain company records, databases, and documentation.
- Organize and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for various business needs.

**Purchasing and Procurement**:

- Assist in the procurement process by liaising with vendors, obtaining quotes, and negotiating terms.
- Generate purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines.

**Key Competencies**:

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

**Hiring and Talent Acquisition**:

- Onboard new hires and ensure they receive proper training and resources to succeed in their roles.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
