**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in their inquiries about diamonds and jewelry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and help achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products offered to effectively assist customers.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and keeping the showroom organized.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation and reports.
- Engage with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing showroom displays.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales support or retail, preferably in the jewelry or diamond industry.**
