As an IT Software Sales and Support Executive, you will be crucial in driving sales of our

software solutions and providing exceptional support to our clients. This position requires

blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer service skills. The successful

relationships, and ensuring our software’s successful implementation and support. Key

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and tele calling**:

- Initiate calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our task management

software
- Clearly articulate the benefits and features of the software to prospects.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and pain points of

potential clients.
- Tailor sales pitches to address the specific requirements and challenges of prospective

clients.
- Highlight the value proposition of our task management software in solving business

problems.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our task management software and stay updated on

product enhancements and new features.
- Effectively communicate product features, advantages, and use cases to potential

customers.

**Client relationship management**:

- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with clients.
- Providing post-sales support and services to valuable clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
