**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to the Sales Manager.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience: Min. 1 year of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
