**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Designation: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualifications: Graduate

A Inside Sales Executive is responsible for collecting electricity bills and setting up meetings with Electrical Heads, Maintenance Heads, Directors, and C-Level executives for the Artha Energy Resources LLP sales team, with the goal of converting them into contracts.

1. Data Sourcing and Management

2. Tele calls to generate meetings

3. Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a Business Development executive

Data Sourcing and Management
- Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like the Internal company database, Lusha, LinkedIn, Google search of the decision makers of solar projects, such as Purchase managers, Sustainability, Maintenance departments and C-level executives of companies in the business of manufacturing of FMCG, Automobile, Industrial products, Polymers, Agriculture, Pharma or in the business of warehousing and datacenters
- Maintaining the database on the internal CRM of the organization.

**Tele-Calling**
- Spending 5+ hours per day on Pitching & following up with the decision makers of the target customer to get meetings for the sales team
- Retargeting cold Deals reactivates.

Meeting Co-ordination
- Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the Business Development team to ensure meeting details are accurate

**Client Co-ordination**
- Collect Electricity Bills and the Factory location of the client, and understand the basic requirements of their solar system
