**Job Description: Intern Inside Sales Representative (2 Openings)**

**Location**: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
**Company**: Reticen8 Technologies Private Limited
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, 5 Days a Week

**Position Overview**:
**Stipend and Compensation**:

- **First 3 Months (Internship Period)**: INR 7,000 per month.
- **Post-Internship (Temporary Role)**: INR 21,000 per month starting from the 4th month, contingent upon **selection** for the temporary role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients and partners to promote Reticen8’s cybersecurity and networking products.
- Manage inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to leads to drive sales.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions based on Reticen8's product offerings.
- Regularly follow up with leads and existing clients to close deals and maintain relationships.
- Stay updated on Reticen8’s products and the latest industry trends in networking and cybersecurity.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.Tech graduates, with CCNA certification preferred.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any regional language.
- **Skills**:

- **Strong knowledge of networking and cybersecurity products like firewalls and antivirus.**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- **Good partner management skills **and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)**:

- **Sales Outreach and Engagement**:

- Proactively reach out to potential clients and partners, promoting Reticen8’s cybersecurity products.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
Work towards and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Build and manage relationships with clients and partners to ensure high engagement and loyalty.Continuously update knowledge on Reticen8’s cybersecurity and networking product portfolio.Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product development and promotions.**Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**:

- **Product Knowledge**:

- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- **Sales Quota Achievement**:

- **Metric**: Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Target**: Achieve 100% or more of the sales quota.
- **Lead Conversion Rate**:

- **Metric**: Percentage of leads converted into actual sales.
- **Target**: Achieve at least a 25% lead-to-sale conversion rate.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- **Metric**: Customer feedback and satisfaction scores.
- **Target**: Maintain a satisfaction rating of 85% or higher.
- **CRM Updates**:

- **Metric**: Accuracy and timeliness in updating CRM systems.
- **Target**: 100% compliance with timely and accurate data entry.
- **Product Knowledge Assessments**:

- **Metric**: Proficiency in product knowledge, evaluated during sales interactions.
- **Target**: Pass product knowledge tests with a score of 90% or higher.
- **Attendance and Punctuality**:

- **Metric**: Adherence to working hours and punctuality.
- **Target**: 95% or higher adherence to scheduled hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jharsa, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Cybersecurity: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- B.Tech, CCNA Certificate (required)
